About Simon Lesser

Simon has worked in Health & Fitness since 1998, and shares his knowledge and experience to offer a professional service. Having always competed in sports including mountain biking, running, weight training, surfing and tennis, he realises the benefits of regular training and the commitment involved.

He has worked in Personal Training in Bournemouth for over 10 years and has a full time client base. He has a strong belief in building good relationships, educating people and honest hard work.

He spends his time making fresh juices and flapjacks, consuming them, cycling in the purbecks and having lots of family time.

About Luke Monahan

Luke has always been into keeping fit and has competed in sports such as football, rugby, weight lifting, cross counrty running, tennis and athletics. After studying sports and exercise sciences at college, his natural progression was to use his knowledge and experience to teach others.

Having always been active he knows the benefits of exercise and healthy living, and is always willing to learn more. Luke has a great rapport with clients, and understands to get the most from people its about encouraging them to reach their full potential.

Luke spends his time getting muddy legs running through Meyrick park, reading and spending time with his friends and family.

Our approach and philosophy

Our user-friendly, motivational approach to exercise and nutrition is long term, healthy and holistic. When it comes to fitness we are extremely enthusiatic, but always appreciate the element of 'being human' and aim to find a healthy balance.

Exercise needs to be intelligently formed to be safe and effective. Everything is based around getting results using the right exercises at the right intensity.
